MARY

I am originally from California, but please don't hold that against me! I moved to Idaho in 2000, and have loved calling it my home. I have always enjoyed working out and being active. In 2014, I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition, and have been competing ever since!
I began personal training in 2013 as a part time gig to supplement my work as a registered Dental Hygienist. However, I soon fell in love with sharing in the journey of others as they pushed their bodies to new limits.
I witnessed my clients' lives changing as they improved their health and gained confidence through our work together. And this became my new passion. In 2018, I decided to pursue personal training full time.
I care deeply about each one of my clients. There is nothing more valuable and rewarding as helping someone go through an experience that leaves them happier, more confident, healthier & stronger.
My goal as a fitness coach is to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle and to help you achieve a level of fitness that will minimize your chances of any future health-related issues.

CHARLIE

I spent most of my childhood in Boise, Idaho before I moved to Portland Oregon at the age of 12. As a kid I loved wrestling and track.
At the age of 22, I went Pro in Mixed Martial Arts. After retiring in 2006, I started to compete in bodybuilding. I found a new passion in the world of bodybuilding and I continue to compete to this day.
In 2007 I went to college for Exercise Science and immersed myself in the study of anatomy and physiology of the body. My love for studying and learning about the human body led me to researching nutrition and human anatomy on a deeper level. The knowledge I acquired in my studies has helped me to be a more effective fitness coach.
Today, I still find myself spending my free time studying and trying as much as I can to further my growth, both physically and mentally, and as a coach.
I have been training and coaching clients since 1996. I became a gym owner and full time coach in 2013 and I have been loving every minute of it.

BRIAN

I’m 33yrs old. I’ve been training since I was 18 years old, and have been training others for about 5 yrs now.

I have a son named Mason who is 12 years old and we love to go to the gym together and grow our bond. 10 years ago I married my beautiful wife Karlee, who is also a personal trainer. She is the peanut butter to my jelly!

I grew up playing lots of sports, including baseball, basketball, and soccer. Having always looked up to and respected Arnold Schwarzenegger, I began body building after high school. I drew inspiration and motivation from him as I immersed myself into the world of bodybuilding.

In 2015 I started competing in the NPC league of bodybuilding. I placed 13th in my first show, and was extremely encouraged. As time went on, I did more and more bodybuilding competitions and researched information on proper diet, training regimens, and on how to maintain the proper focus and drive to reach my fitness goals.

By 2018 I had gotten first place in four competitions, which allowed me to go to the national level. I am excited to share the information and expertise that I've gleaned from my years on this bodybuilding journey. My favorite saying is “Always prove them wrong”.
